About Me

Once upon a time, a woman watched two beautiful children play in the lovely backyard of a freshly renovated home, Prince Charming out providing for his family. Life was perfect… on paper.

As I sat there, reading a book I would later describe as my heart and soul in hardcover, I wept. I knew. I had gone and created a life not remotely wild nor nearly precious enough to hold the vision I carried for myself and the barefoot babes in front of me. I knew in my bones —Change was coming.

The years that followed would see heartbreak, illness, upheaval, loss and a trip down the legal yellow brick road that would forever alter my view of humanity. Lessons landed like dominoes, one right after the other. With the end of all that was, came space for all that could be. Potential showed itself.

Life would ask me to fall apart so that someone fuller could come together. I reconnected with my yoga mat. The place I land when life’s too muchness threatens to swallow me whole. Day after day the bigness of life unfolded in the smallness of moments, revealing the next part of my journey. Much like yoga, coaching would save me and serve others.

In service to a world where people Rise Inspired, Live Engaged and Rest Fulfilled, it is with grace and humility that I offer what caught me during my fall down life’s rabbit holes. With roots in yoga, a love of the written word and an insatiable curiosity about human nature, I share the life I never thought I’d live: Magic, Messy and Wholly Mine.

In Action

Mentorship

As a certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation and emotional processing, my practice is centred around working with every part of a person. What you do with the body, think with the mind, and feel in the heart all determine the story you tell with your life. Using powerful questions, practical tools and the strength of community, together we shed light on where you are, how you got here and where you want to go. Empowerment comes from understanding. As you get to know you, you start to be you.

Movement

As an athlete growing up, movement has always been a part of my life. I knew early on the importance of a strong and flexible body. Introduced to yoga in my early 20s, I discovered movement’s missing piece, stillness. In that stillness, I came to understand that strength and flexibility mattered just as much in the mind and heart. Built on yoga as the foundation and centred around the power of experiential learning, my classes combine ancient wisdom and modern insight, creating an immersive experience that lands beneath the surface.

Rise Inspired. Live Engaged. Rest Fulfilled.
